Delivery Information

We deliver from our own warehouse in Risley, Warrington (Cheshire) to addresses across mainland Great Britain.

How long does delivery take?

• Items are dispatched from our Warrington warehouse, usually within 1-2 working days of your order.
• Delivery is by parcel courier and typically arrives 2-3 working days after dispatch (longer for Scottish Highlands and remote areas).
• You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

On delivery day

• Furniture is delivered flat-packed to your door (ground-floor entrance). Larger items may arrive as more than one parcel, sometimes on different days.
• Please check the packaging for damage before signing where possible, and let us know within 30 days if anything inside is damaged or missing - we will send replacement parts free of charge or arrange a replacement. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
• If you will be away, most couriers allow you to reschedule or choose a safe place via the tracking link.

Collect from our showroom

You are welcome to order online and collect selected in-stock items from our Risley showroom and warehouse (WA3 6QU) - just contact us first so we can confirm stock and have it ready.
