These Terms of Use govern your use of the decortie.co.uk website (the "Site"), operated by Decortie UK Ltd, 2 Heaton Court, Risley, Warrington WA3 6QU ("Decortie", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Purchases made through the Site are governed by our Terms and Conditions of sale, Delivery Information and Return & Exchange Policy.

1. Using the Site

You may browse, and purchase products from, the Site for personal and trade use. You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, introduce viruses or other harmful code, scrape or copy content in bulk, or interfere with its operation or with other users.

2. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site - product designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos and the Decortie and Hocus Picus names - is owned by or licensed to Decortie and protected by copyright, design right and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for personal use but may not otherwise reproduce, modify or distribute Site content without our written permission.

4. Product information and pricing

We take care to describe products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and real life, and dimensions are approximate. Prices include VAT and may change without notice; if a pricing error is obvious we may cancel an affected order and refund you in full. Stock availability shown on the Site is indicative.

5. Reviews and user content

Reviews and other content you submit must be honest, lawful and your own. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example marketplaces, couriers or review platforms). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site.
