Showroom FAQ

Do I need an appointment?

No — just come in. We are open Monday to Friday 8:30–16:30 and Saturday 9:30–15:30. If you want to see a specific product, call 0800 634 8606 first and we will make sure it is on display.

Can I buy and take furniture away the same day?

Some items are in stock at our Risley warehouse and can be collected; larger pieces are usually delivered to your home within a few days. Ask our team on the day.

Is the showroom price the same as online?

Yes. We sell at the same prices in the showroom and on decortie.co.uk.

Where do you deliver?

Across the UK from our Cheshire warehouse. Delivery is free on most orders.
