Refund policy

Policy name : Customer will need to return the item within 30 days of
receiving it..
If you change your mind;
You have 30 days to change your mind. The return costs will be at your
charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has
received your decision to withdraw. Please note the seller may withhold
the refund until they've received the products or until they've received
evidence that the products have been sent back, whichever is the
earliest.Products should be in original packaging in sellable conditioning.
If you don't like the color of the product or realize a size mistake within 30
days after placing the order, we gladly accept the return of the product, no
questions asked. In this case, the customer is responsible for covering a
partial return cost of £5, which contributes to the return shipping
expenses.
If item(s) arrive damaged or developed fault(s) within 30 days;
We are with you with all the help that you need including assembly
guidance via messages, replacements or refund when necessary.
If you notice any damage to the product upon delivery, you can return it
unconditionally. Alternatively, please get in touch with us if you'd prefer
the damaged part to be sent to you free of charge. Opting for the second
choice is not only more environmentally friendly but also more beneficial
for the future of our planet.

If an Order is cancelled before dispatch;
Full refund to the customer is provided by us.

When your refund will be made after your return request?
After the courier confirms the drop-off, you can expect to receive your
funds within 7 days. It's important to highlight that we initiate confirmed
refunds within 24 hours, but the processing time may vary due to your bank's procedures.
If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you
provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us. Your
refund will be processed via the same method of payment that you used
to pay for your order.
If an exchange is requested;
Please Contact us! We will do our best. (In
this situation the customer will be responsible for the shipment cost.)

Guarantee; Products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a
duration of two years, effective from the date of merchandise receipt. This
warranty provides coverage for defects arising from the manufacturing
process. Wipe clean with damp cloth. Exposure of the product to water to
water or cleaning with chemicals is not covered by the warranty.
