Conrad TV Unit – 180 cm – 3 Soft Close Doors Wall Mounted Entertainment Centre

I recently purchased a Conrad TV Unit and, although I had some issues with the item, I was really impressed with how the company handled my concerns once I contacted their Senior Customer Service Team.

They listened to my feedback, were understanding and offered a number of solutions to resolve the situation. They ultimately went above and beyond and provided me with a partial refund, which I have now received.

I really appreciate how they worked with me to reach a resolution that I was happy with. It’s reassuring to know that when an issue does arise, the company is willing to listen and make things right.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service I have received.

I purchased a cabinet through B&Q, and unfortunately the quality was very poor. During assembly, we found that the pre-drilled holes did not line up properly and the doors required a significant amount of adjustment. My partner spent a considerable amount of time trying to get everything aligned correctly.

To make matters worse, once the cabinet was almost completely assembled, we discovered a noticeable dent to the corner of the unit. Due to its location, this wasn’t something we noticed when initially unpacking the parts.

I contacted the company with photographs and explained the issues, expecting them to offer a reasonable solution. Instead, I have now contacted them multiple times and have received no response at all. I have had to keep chasing them just to get someone to acknowledge my complaint.

The lack of customer service has honestly been just as disappointing as the quality of the product itself.

I have since looked at other reviews and have seen similar complaints regarding both the products and customer service, which unfortunately makes my experience feel less surprising.

For a product that isn’t cheap, I expected a much better standard of quality and, if something did go wrong, I expected the company to actually deal with it.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The product quality has been disappointing and the customer service has been even worse.

I’m still waiting for them to respond and resolve the matter.
