If you change your mind;

You have 30 days to change your mind. We gladly accept the return of the product, no questions asked. The return costs will be at your charge. You'll be refunded no more than 14 days after the seller has received your decision to withdraw. When your refund will be made after your return request?

After the courier confirms the drop-off, you can expect to receive your funds within 7 days. It's important to highlight that we initiate confirmed refunds within 24 hours, but the processing time may vary due to your bank's procedures. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us. Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment that you used to pay for your order.

Guarantee

Products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a duration of two years, effective from the date of merchandise receipt. This warranty provides coverage for defects arising from the manufacturing process. Wipe clean with damp cloth. Exposure of the product to water or cleaning with chemicals is not covered by the warranty.
